Fees, whether fixed or variable, will be agreed in advance. No Time and Material charges will be levied on the provision of Core services (as specified in the TPSMA1).
We will be friendly, courteous, considerate and professional in our communication with you and expect the highest standards from our people.
We will observe the law, regulations and professional conduct standards when undertaking our regulatory duties.
Where interactions with regulators involve you specifically, we will seek to ensure you are represented in person.
All clients will be treated equally.
We will ensure you are party to decisions made by us that materially affect your business.
We will always try to deliver the best level of service possible. In circumstances where you feel this has not been achieved, we would ask you to raise this with us as soon as possible so we may resolve the matter quickly.

Fair & Equitable Model

Lime’s approach to charging for its services is designed to be clear, fair and unambiguous:

Focus on fixed fees as a percentage of GWP and not on time and materials (T&M) charges. Fees and charges will be agreed in advance and will reflect your needs and capability. This charging structure means you are able to predict and manage costs accurately whilst benefitting from a high-calibre motivated team delivering ‘first class’ client service and support.
